Δ. Ερευνητικά ενδιαφέροντα

  • Θεωρητική βαρύτητα. Θερμοδυναμική βαρυτικών συστημάτων και μελανών οπών, κβαντικά φαινόμενα σε μη-αδρανειακά συστήματα αναφοράς, επίδραση του βαρυτικού πεδίου σε κβαντικά συστήματα.
  • Θεμελίωση της κβαντικής θεωρίας. ο χρόνο στην κβαντική θεωρία, κβαντική θεωρία μέτρησης για χρονικές ποσοτητες, κβαντικές συσχετίσεις, εμφάνιση της μη-αντιστρεψιμότητας και του μακρόκοσμου σε κβαντικά συστήματα.
  • Κβαντική πληροφορία. Ανοικτά κβαντικά συστήματα, δυναμική του εναγκαλισμού, κβαντική πληροφορία σε σχετικιστικά συστήματα.

  • Συγγραφέας του βιβλίου “Particle or Wave: The Evolution of the Concept of Matter in Modern Physics” (Princeton University Press, 2008).  Το βιβλίο αποτέλεσε επιλογή του Scientific American Book Club.
